Updated
Nstdata is the new name of NSTProxy, run by NST Labs Tech Ltd in Hong Kong and founded in 2023. It renamed in 2026 when it added web data products. Accounts, balances and the API carried over.
I bought 50 of its static ISP IPs, kept for 30 days with unlimited traffic. Nstdata doesn't say where its ISP IPs come from. Mine are spread across several US carriers, mostly Windstream and Frontier, with a few on Cogent and RCN, and look up to cities from New York and Philadelphia to Chicago and Albuquerque. Pricing drops with volume, from $2.38 an IP for 5 to 20 IPs down to $1.38 for 201 or more.
I topped up a wallet first and spent the credit on IPs. Refunds only cover billing mistakes and must be requested within 3 days, and Nstdata may ask for ID or proof of business use.
Support is live chat, email, Discord and Telegram, on weekdays in Hong Kong business hours. It has only 3 reviews on Trustpilot, so there is little public reputation to go on yet.

How we testedDaily page loads, uptime every 5 minutes
We buy every plan ourselves at the listed price, with our own account. Providers don't pay us.
We bought 50 IPs like any customer would. Every day we load each site through every IP, and count a page as working only if the real page came back, not a block or a captcha. We check uptime every 5 minutes.
We also load every page from a normal home connection. If home was blocked too, that visit is left out of the proxy’s score.
An outage means two failed checks in a row while our direct connection works. IP changes compare the address a website sees from one day to the next.
Five sites count toward results, checked daily per IP. Availability every five minutes. Target is left out for now because it sometimes challenges a normal home connection too.
A page passes when its expected content loads. The window ends after the latest completed daily run. A nearby home captcha or block excludes the site for every provider that day. Home success verifies the day. Without a usable home check, results still count unless the site failed for almost every proxy and also failed on our direct connection. Site flags need persistent failures on home-verified days.
