Good for Walmart and Instagram, where it got through about as often as a normal home connection. Zillow loaded about half the time, and Google blocked every visit.
Unreliable on most sites. About 3 in 4 Amazon and Walmart pages loaded and half of Instagram, and some of its IPs have been down every day since Oct 11.
Every day we visit Amazon, Google, Walmart, Zillow and Instagram through each provider's IPs and count the pages that load. The rank is the average across the five sites.
Too close to call
Providers within 2 points of each other share a place. Neither one is clearly better.
