What is a datacenter proxy
A datacenter proxy comes straight from a hosting company’s servers. It is the fastest and cheapest kind, but its address is plainly registered to a datacenter, so sites that screen for automation spot it easily. That makes it right for high-volume work against targets that don’t fight back: monitoring your own services, basic geo checks, or scraping sites without bot defenses.
When targets start blocking you, residential proxies blend in with home traffic, and ISP proxies give you a residential-looking address that never changes.
